This book is a collaboration between Tori Deal and Vira. You are invited to immerse yourself in 120 pages of poems, paintings, and passages. This collection is an exploration of love, loss, strength, and the intricate landscapes of mental health.
Tori Deal’s poetry reflects the human experience, offering solace and celebration in equal measure. Vira’s paintings are a visual symphony that dance alongside the poetry, enriching the reader’s experience. Each illustration is a testament to the connection between emotion and art.

ABOUT THE CREATORS
Tori Deal is a self-love advocate, fierce competitor and a Champion of MTV’s, The Challenge. She’s just as passionate about healing and mental health, as she is about thriving in competition. She dedicates her time to self growth and to creating projects that inspire others to embark on their own journey. Tori accredits her accomplishments to mindfulness and her ability to embrace vulnerability.
Vira is an illustrator and brand designer who draws from her roots in theater and history to create her art. She is committed to empowering others to embrace their own perspective. She splits her time between her branding agency, Sola Social, and her creative projects while living and traveling abroad.
Tori and Vira have been collaborating on projects together for over a decade. With each project, they are reminded that their creative expression is limitless. They are the founders of Mindful Monday, a mindfulness community, and the creators of the children’s book, The Search for Syrup. This is their second book together, and are already working on their next.

Books will not be signed by Tori or Vira, look out on The Soul Spill Instagram for upcoming live events and poetry readings in your city!
